Monitoring and measuring the quality of products and processes

“Sustainable development is that which meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs”

“Our Common Future” (Brundtland Report), 1987, Gro Harlem Brundtland, former Prime Minister of Norway and Chairman of the World Commission on Environment and Development

As mentioned in our motto, we are committed to lead our community to a long-term development by providing quality products, ensuring the highest safety and working conditions for employees, while contributing to the preservation of the environment. These things are the basis of our integrated quality, environment and occupational health and safety systems.

We strongly focus to become a benchmark on the automotive market by having efficient processes to provide the best products and services in terms of quality, environment and people safety.

All this is done by:

  • quality monitoring;
  • continuous improvement of processes in order to increase efficiency and financial resources;
  • delivering on time, every time;
  • confidence that nothing is enough when it comes to ensuring the safety of people and environment preservation;
  • maintaining a high morale and a good spirit among our employees;

Systems and methods (measurement and control)

The complexity and high precision of automotive parts (and not only) doubled by the extended use of CNC machining, requires the use of the right dimensional measurement equipment and devices in terms of reaction time, measurement errors and efficient generation of measurement reports used for production control or statistical evaluations of the processes.more
