COMPA utilizes a modern technological platform consisting of over 400 CNC machines, which are supported by poke yoke devices, laser control, 3D measuring equipment, heat treatment, surface protection, automatic robotic cells, which together with the latest industry practices ensures the satisfaction of the most exigent customer requirements.
COMPA is certified by the Ministry of Education on providing training for the following professions: CNC Operator, Tool-Maker, Maintenance and Repair Mechanic Locksmith, Industrial Devices and Installation Mechanic, Drilling and Threading Operator, Fork-Lift Operator, Crane Operator.
Compa believes that people are the most valuable asset for a company and therefore, significant investments were made in this field, beginning with establishing the first training center for CNC operators in 2005.
This allows COMPA to constantly improve the skills of its present and future teams and to maintain a close relationship with the technical university from Sibiu and other cities.
