- chemical washing in several phases to ensure cleanliness specified by the customer is assessed by:
- impurities / track (mg)
- maximum size of impurities (μm)
- checking to ensure cleanliness required by customer by pressure chemical washing in a lab. Monitored parameters are:
- maximum size of impurities (μm)
- impurities / 1000cm2 (mg)
